Terms and Conditions for 100+ Point Increase Guarantee or Your Money Back

  • Eligibility:

    • This guarantee applies only to students who have purchased and completed the entire online self-paced digital SAT English or math course. (Please note that if you purchased the English course, the guarantee is 100+ points on your English score. Please note that if you purchased the math course, the guarantee is 100+ points on your math score).

    • Students must provide an official SAT English or math score report dated prior to starting the course as a baseline.

    • Students’ baseline prior to starting the course must not exceed a 650.

  • Guarantee:

    • We guarantee that upon completion of our course, your SAT English or math score will increase by a minimum of 100 points from your baseline score. If you do not achieve this increase, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

  • Claiming the Guarantee:

    • To claim the refund, students must provide an official SAT English or math score report from a test taken within 30 days of completing our course.

    • The score report must not be dated within 28 days of purchase of the course, as this is not enough time to fully absorb and learn all of the material.

    • The score report must show an increase of less than 100 points from the baseline score.

    • Students must also provide proof that all lessons were completed by sharing notes and work with STP. 

    • Claims must be made within 120 days of purchasing the course.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once the claim is verified, the full course fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 business days.

    • Refunds will not include any additional costs such as books, materials, or third-party fees.

  • Exclusions:

    • Students who do not complete the entire course are not eligible for the guarantee.

    • This guarantee is only valid for the student's first attempt at the course. Repeat enrollments are not eligible.

    • Students must not have used any other SAT English or math preparatory resources or courses during their enrollment in our course.

  • Limitations:

    • The guarantee is limited to the course fee paid by the student and does not cover any consequential losses or damages.

    • We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee if there is evidence of dishonesty or fraud.

  • Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be bound by the terms in place at the time of their course purchase.

By enrolling in our online self-paced digital SAT English or math course, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of and understand these terms before purchasing the course.
