We’re Strategic Test Prep, a leading tutoring company supporting high school students in their SAT and ACT Prep studies and school subjects. Our mission is to empower students to rewrite their futures. Since our inception in 2021, we have impacted thousands of students through our tutoring services and courses.

Our simple and straightforward strategies break through the traditionally stale, dry and sometimes complicated teachings offered by other older companies. What Makes STP Different

Our Founder, Laura Whitmore, is actively involved with our tutors and students, ensuring expert oversight at every step. Because we specialize exclusively in the SAT, we’ve become leaders in the digital SAT space—developing strategies and insights so effective that other companies now model their programs after ours.
Our tutors are required to sit for the official SAT themselves, giving them firsthand experience with real testing conditions, emerging question trends, and the pressure students feel on test day. This unique expectation allows us to offer deeper empathy, sharper strategy, and more relevant guidance.
While we help students of all levels make meaningful gains, we are especially proud of the disproportionate number of STP students who break the 1500 barrier. Their success is a testament to our method: focused, personal, and truly expert-led.
