Roger Brooks is a Silver Tutor at Strategic Test Prep and a sophomore at the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, where he attends on a full four-year academic scholarship while majoring in Finance. A proud alumnus of STP, Roger raised his SAT score from a 1380 to a 1530 through our program before joining the team as a tutor. He later took the official March 2024 Digital SAT and earned another 1530, giving him strong insight into both the paper and digital formats of the exam.

Roger is known for his exceptionally clear, simple explanations—so much so that he is featured in our SAT Math Self-Paced Course, and many students specifically request him for tutoring because of how easy he makes complex concepts feel. With nearly two years of SAT tutoring experience, he brings both expertise and empathy to his work, helping students build confidence and master the strategies that lead to meaningful score gains.

Outside of tutoring, Roger enjoys life in Miami and cheering on the Hurricanes.
