Kristen is the Client Success Manager at Strategic Test Prep, where she ensures every family feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their SAT or ACT journey. Formerly one of our SAT English tutors, Kristen brings a deep understanding of STP’s strategies, programs, and student experience to her role. She meets with families to understand their goals, recommends the best prep plan for their student, and provides ongoing guidance to keep everyone on track.

A high-achieving student herself, Kristen earned exceptional test scores and received a full academic scholarship to university as a junior in high school. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in psychology before tutoring privately and later receiving a prestigious Fulbright grant to teach English in Slovakia, where she also mentored students on language and test-taking skills.

Outside of STP, Kristen loves to travel and is currently living in New Zealand while supporting our students and families around the world.
