When your family enrolls with Strategic Test Prep, Kelli is the person making sure everything behind the scenes runs the way it should — so you can focus on your student's progress, not the logistics. As Director of Operations, she oversees scheduling, communication, and the day-to-day rhythm of our programs, ensuring every family receives a consistent, organized, and high-quality experience from enrollment through test day.
Kelli brings over a decade of leadership experience to this role. Before joining Strategic Test Prep, she led client-facing teams at several remote companies, where she became known for building structures that genuinely serve people — earning a 95% client retention rate and driving 20% month-over-month growth at BlastPoint. That track record reflects what families can expect from her here: clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a real commitment to making sure your experience with us feels seamless.
Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bellevue University, an Associate in Business Administration from Southeast Technical Institute, and an Agile Project Management Certificate from Coursera.
Calm, direct, and deeply organized, Kelli works closely with our Client Success Manager, tutors, and Head of Curriculum to make sure your student has the structure, cadence, and support they need to succeed. If something needs attention, she's the person who makes sure it gets handled — quickly and thoughtfully.
Outside of work, Kelli lives in South Dakota.
